We collect your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth for age verification, and payment identifiers tied to UPI, Paytm or PhonePe. Device data such as IP address and browser type is also logged to protect your account from unauthorised access.

Yes. Submit a data access request through Settings in your account or contact the privacy desk by email. We will compile and send your data in a readable format within seven calendar days of verifying your identity.

Transaction records, including UPI, Paytm and PhonePe payment references, are retained for as long as required under applicable financial regulations. Once that period expires, records are deleted from live systems and removed from backups on the next scheduled purge cycle.

We share your data only with payment processors and identity verification providers that need it to complete a specific transaction or compliance check. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or transfer it to marketing databases under any circumstances.
